How Practice Engine Helps Me Work

Practice Engine™ uses an extensive security system that allows for a very granular level of authorization.  Team members are only presented with the parts of the application relevant to them. This can greatly reduce the volume of the system. The emphasis for the team members is in performing the daily duties, controlling their jobs and tasks and completing timesheet and expense input. Administrators with high security levels can view the whole application, with many maintenance features.

A pre-requisite of all systems today is they must be easy to use.  Practice Engine is a totally browser based solution and as such is not your standard Windows application.  All firms when moving to Practice Engine are typically migrating from a Windows style system, so using Practice Engine requires forgetting about the past.

Once it is treated as a normal website visit, it becomes much simpler to use.  For many users, much of the infrastructure components are never displayed, because they are not part of the users’ permissions.

Being a browser based system makes for instant updates of new features.  There is no need for PCs and Laptops to be returned to base to allow the IT team to upgrade applications.  The next time you log on to Practice Engine will immediately present you with the latest version.  This is whether you are using the system in the office, or sitting on a beach with your laptop!

Ease of Use

Functionality & Capabilities
